Anti-Patient Brokering Policy
The Hub will not solicit, pay, or accept payment or any remuneration (including any kickback, bribe, or rebate) directly or indirectly, overtly or covertly, in cash or in kind, in return for referring a patient or patronage to a recovery home, clinical treatment facility, or laboratory.
FEES:
800 Recovery Hub LLC “The Hub” charges fixed fees only payable in advance for its billable services. The Hub makes no representations, performance projections or representations, or warranties on any of the services it provides.
General Disclosures:
Bruce Berman personally has assisted several hundred people into treatment for alcohol, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis. He has maintained continuous recovery from various addictions since September 1989. Besides himself, he has placed his own children, employees, family members, friends and other loved ones into various treatment programs.
Victoria Berman personally has assisted many people into treatment for alcohol, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis. She has maintained continuous recovery from various addictions since November 1995.
DISCLOSURE
Bruce Berman and Victoria Berman are not medical doctors, hold no degrees or licensees in addiction and have no formal education in treating addiction. They rely solely on their personal experience gained in attending and participating thousands of hours in various 12 step meetings, as well as the experience they have working with addicts and their families.
